Our staff
- Every instructor and manager has an enhanced DBS check before working with students.
- All staff are trained in safeguarding and in using our platform before they teach.

Safety built into every session
- Each student joins through their own private link, with no usernames or chat rooms.
- Students see and hear only their instructor, never other students, and can't contact other students.
- The only typed messages are private ones between a student and their instructor.
- A manager may join a session to support an instructor.
- Sessions are never recorded.
- Staff contact families only through Arxspire, never through personal phones or social media.
If you're worried
- About a student's safety or anything that happened in a session: email [safeguarding email] and we'll act [the same day].
- If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
- For advice, the NSPCC helpline is 0808 800 5000, and young people can call Childline on 0800 1111.
