Students are never taught as a group. One instructor looks after four students, and each works on their own learning plan, at their own pace.

Every day: 15:30 to 19:30 on weekdays and 10:00 to 14:00 at weekends, including school holidays. We're closed on bank holidays. Sessions last an hour and start every half hour.

Sessions not used in a week don't carry over to the next week. If something comes up, you can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before and book another time that week.

A tablet or laptop and a reliable internet connection. They join through their own private link, with no passwords to remember.

Every instructor has an enhanced DBS check and is trained to use our platform before they teach.

No. Each student sees and hears only their instructor. If the sound drops, they can type to their instructor privately.

We use it only to teach them and keep you updated, and we delete their work 12 months after their last session. Read our privacy notice.
